There is a general membership meeting this Thursday, July 9, 2015 at 7:00 pm at the Historical Society Museum on Maple Ave. Extension.  Member Erica Wanecski will be presenting on sanitariums that had been built in WNY and have since been abandoned.

Terry Allen of Elba will be sharing some of his knowledge regarding the Elba sulfur well and hotel.  The sulfur water was reputed to have healing powers and a hotel was built for that purpose.  Terry’s father and uncles (Charles Allen & Sons) once owned the property.

Please join us and invite friends and family to join us as well.
